Damaged or incorrect product

If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear issue, please write to us with photos and your order number for review.

Compatibility

For console products, we indicate estimated compatibility whenever available. If you are unsure between models, please write to us before purchasing.

Product condition

To accept a return, the product must be unused and include its accessories where applicable.

Cases not covered

We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or incompatibility if the product description clearly indicated the compatible model.
